Recap of 5ivepillars for Malcolm X Legacy Pop-up with Qubilah Shabazz
We wanted to thank everyone who joined us for the 5ivepillars x Malcolm X Legacy Pop-up with Qubilah Shabazz this passed Sunday. It was a tremendous success with approximately 180+ people in attendance.
During the event, we had an insightful conversation between Qubilah Shabazz, daughter of Malcolm X and Dr. Ameer Hasan Loggins. They discussed a range of topics related to Malcolm X's legacy as a father. His legacy as a Shaheed and how it continues to influence society today. The conversation was engaging, thought-provoking, and allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of Malcolm X's impact on the world through the lens of his daughter Qubilah.
Additionally, the pop-up showcased a first look at the 5ivepillars for Malcolm X Legacy collection. Attendees were able to browse and purchase the collection while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the pop-up.
We would like to extend our gratitude to Qubilah Shabazz and Dr. Ameer Hasan Loggins for sharing their insights with us. The People's Programs for hosting us and everyone who graced us with their presence, making it a success.
