Return & Exchange Policy

At 5ivepillars, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their order. Please review our following policy regarding returns, exchanges, shipping, and international deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at orders@5ivepillars.com with your full name and order number. A member of our team will assist you with the next steps.

Please note:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns received outside the 28-day window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Return and exchange shipping costs may apply depending on your location.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement item free of charge.

To process this:

  • Send an email to orders@5ivepillars.com with your name, order number, and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
  • All claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

International Orders & Customs

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • 5ivepillars cannot guarantee that items will clear customs and will not be liable for any delays or additional charges incurred.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to liaise with local customs authorities and shipping carriers should any issues arise.

Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts due to the buyer’s failure to receive or collect the item:

  • The product cost will be refunded upon receipt of the return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Buyers are responsible for tracking their parcels using the codes provided and contacting carriers directly to resolve delivery issues.

Any Other Issues

We may contact you via email in case there is a need to resolve issues regarding delivery addresses or any other discrepancies with your order. Your personal data is safely stored and secure with us, and will never be sold to third party companies.
