Mobile Terms of Service
5ivepillars
Effective Date: January 2026
The 5ivepillars mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by 5ivepillars (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms.
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of 5ivepillars at the mobile number you provide, including promotional messages, product drops, order updates, and cart reminders. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Participation in the Service is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan. Message frequency varies. You are responsible for all charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. If you are subscribed to multiple 5ivepillars message programs, you must opt out of each separately.

You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If your number changes, you are responsible for updating your enrollment.
We may change the short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. Messages sent to a retired number may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to a number that has changed.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages, any errors in such messages, or any action you take or fail to take in reliance on the Service.
